Parts under warranty are limited to trolley, frames (if have), handle(s), combination locks, combination padlock(s), and or Wheels.
If such a manufacturing defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your product without charge. This warranty excludes transportation costs to and from repair centers.
After the warranty period, we will repair products with charge, The cost of the repair depends on the part(s) to be replaced.
If a repair is necessary, contact the nearest Holdall Travel authorization dealer(s) in the country explaining the defect. A representative will inform you where to send the product. Please ensure to include a proof of purchase, retain sales receipt as proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abrasion, damage caused by contact of product with acids, water damage, damage due to misuse or neglect of products. Damage by airline carriers, or courier companies. (For damage or mishandling during transit, a claim should be filed with the airline carrier)
Under any circumstances, this warranty does not cover damage to third parties or claims beyond the issue of the product.
Locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of product or its contents.
Each country’s warranty might vary. Terms are subject to change country by country.
Travel bags are not included under warranty but have a 7 day return policy once you receive your goods. There will be normal wear and tear for bags.
